Biomass Thermal Power Plant - Oxe Energia - Roraima

The Project has total installed capacity of 40MW (availability of 32.7MW) and was the winner of Roraima 2019 auction.

Contract length is 15 years and the expected COD is June 2021.

DG Solar Plant – Tocantins

Lyon won the auction promoted by Claro in October/2019 for the supply of 2 MW with a 10-year contract.

Additional 3 MW of capacity will be installed to supply BRK Ambiental power demand, at a 22-year contract. Expected COD is July 2020.

ACL Solar Plant – Tocantins

The 45 MW photovoltaic project was developed for contract strategies in regulated market and free market strategies. The entire site has all licenses and studies for the immediate start of operation.

Transmission Lines

Lyon Capital was awarded three 30-year BRL denominated contracts at Aneel’s 02/2018 auction to build and operate substations and transmission lines located in Bahia, Tocantins and Piauí states.

Construction is expected to start in 2019 and operation by 2021.

São Luís Port

With docks of up to 23-meter depth, São Luís port will be the first terminal in Brazil capable of docking vessels of up to 180,000 DWT1 capacity. It will have up to 4 berths for the loading and unloading of bulk, liquid and general cargoes.

The project received equity investment of China Communications Construction Company in 2017 and will be commissioned in 2022.

Public Lighting – Aracaju and Feira de Santana

Lyon Capital has 20% share of Conecta consortium, which was the 2020 auction's winner for the management of Public Lighting in the municipalities of Aracaju and Feira de Santana.

The project has a PPP format with a 13-year contract, where the receipt of revenues is sourced from COSIP resources and all transactions are made through an escrow account, providing a high level of transparency for both parties

LNG Terminal Maranhão

Lyon is developing a LNG terminal with an estrategic location, near São Luis port, which will be key to brasilian gas supply, especially betwen north and northest regions.
